The room was spacious but had a noticeable musty smell upon arrival, accompanied by a cockroach encounter that certainly marred the experience. The breakfast was very good, hot, and well presented were nice. The staff member serving us was helpful and friendly.

Could be great for one night. The room of the hotel was well-equipped and pet-friendly with single beds, the coffee station, an iron. The staff were hard-working people also with considerating staff members, and location was convenient.

exploring inverness with convenient access to landmarks and parks
I found the staff to be friendly and the breakfast was excellent, starting my days off right for city strolls to nearby spots like the Inverness Museum and Art Gallery just over a kilometer away and the vibrant Victorian Market less than a kilometer from the hotel. The room was cozy too, perfect for a single traveler like myself, although the disabled parking situation could use some improvement.

We enjoyed playing billiards in the hotel and took a fun day trip to explore the nearby castle and scenic lochs. The staff were super friendly, and breakfast was great, giving us a great start to each day. The clean rooms and convenient location.
One downside was the lack of water pressure in the shower. It was nice.

Awesome stay!
Stayed here for a night as a couple. Super close to the city center, made things easy. The staff were fantastic, even helped us with our bags! Room was decently sized with a comfy bed. Breakfast was legit, and the bar was pretty nice too. Only wish the function room wasn't so close. Bit noisy in the evening.
